Common reasons your photos, notes, etc might not sync with Realquantum web
There could be multiple reasons why your photos are not syncing. Try the following:
- Refresh your web browser. Newly synced photos, etc will not automatically be displayed in your web browser. You must refresh your screen to see the most recent uploaded photos, etc.
- Make sure the mobile app is open on your device until a green border appears around your photos and notes
- In order for the mobile app to sync, it must be open on your device (even if it's just open in the background
- Is there a red error message at the top? If so tap it and it should provide a solution
- Make sure you have a network connection or check to ensure you have enabled using Cellular Data
- If you don't have a strong connection/Wi-Fi, the photos will sync once your connection is strong and you re-launch the app
- If you have a lot of photos it may take a while to upload depending on your network connection speed
