Mobile to Web App - Find Mobile Exhibits in Realquantum Web

When you use the mobile app, all photos, notes, and sketches will automatically sync to the web app.

This article covers how the sync works and where/how to access everything once it's in the web app.

How the Sync works

The Mobile and Web apps automatically sync when there is a Wifi connection or Cellular Data is turned on.
If both Wifi and Cellular data are unavailable during an inspection, the photos will automatically sync the next time you have a connection.
Once the sync occurs your photos, etc. can be accessed in the web app.
Be sure to refresh your web browser to view recent photos, notes, etc that may have been synced from the mobile app.

You can know your photo, notes, etc. have synced with the web app when a green border appears around the exhibit.

If you do not have Wifi or Cellular data, the green border will not appear until you have a data connection and the mobile and web apps can sync.
