Create preset captions you can easily select and apply to photos taken with the mobile app.

Photo Caption character limits
Photo captions have a character limit of 50 characters.
Apply a caption to a photo taken with the mobile app
There are two ways to add a caption.
Manually enter the caption
- In the mobile app, open the Assignment associated with the property you are inspecting
- Click the
icon in the bottom left corner to take a photo
- Enter your photo caption where it says "Add Caption"
- Click the
icon to save the photo
- The caption will show directly beneath the photo
- Once it syncs, you'll see a green border around the image
Select a caption from the preset list created in your Company Profile
- In the mobile app, open the Assignment associated with the property you are inspecting
- Click the
- Click the
Do not enter anything where it says "Add Caption" - Tap on the image you wish to apply a preset caption
- Click the
icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Tap the caption you wish to apply to the photo
- Click the
icon in the upper left corner to go back to the main screen
- The selected caption will now show directly below the photo and is what will print in the report
Edit a caption in the mobile app
- Go to the assignment in the mobile app
- Scroll to the photo with the caption you wish to edit
- Tap on the photo
- Tap on the existing caption to manually make changes/enter a new caption then click
in the bottom right corner
- Or click on the
icon in the upper right corner to select from the preset photo captions
