Mobile App login and password management

Log in to the Mobile App

Log in to the mobile app with the same user id and password that you use to log in to the web app.

Reset your password

The mobile app uses the same log in as the web app, so resetting your password in the web app will also change it for the mobile log in.
The password can only be reset from the web app.
  1. Log in to the web app
  2. Hover your mouse over the   icon in the upper right corner
  3. Click on My Profile
  4. Make sure you're on the Accounts subtab
  5. Click the  icon in the row for Realquantum with your user email
  6. Update your password and click Save
  7. This will also update the password used to access the mobile app
